We have recently been able to distribute some bus passes to unhoused neighbors at our mealshare with support from Sunshine Pantries, and the Tallahassee Humanists. So far we have distributed over 50 bus passess which allow unlimited bus rides for 31 days.

We want to continue to provide bus passes, and ideally would like to have enough to distribute each month so when someone's pass expires, we are able to provide them with a new pass.

The bus passess are $19 a peice, so the cost quickly adds up. We would like to be able to get to the point where we can purchase at least 30 passes per month. This would mean we would need at least $570 donations per month to be able to pull this off.

To reach our goal, and hopefully even exceed our goal we have started the Bus Pass Fund to fund raise for this goal to give more freedom of movement to those in need.
