Hello everyone,

This weekend we have landed v2.0.0 of Cinny and with this major release, app now supports all kinds of advanced end-to-end encryption features, which include session verification by emojis  —  our most upvoted feature. It means now you don't need to do that manual verification stuff anymore and can verify your session with a few simple clicks.
Other encryption-related features include managing sessions, cross-signing, and encrypted message backup.
Apart from these, there are now sound notifications of incoming messages, LATEX support, and a recently used section in emojiboard. Not only this but now DM's and Ctrl+K search results sort by activity.
Another exciting news is that Cinny now has a desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux and also has a responsive layout, which works quite well on different screen sizes. More progress on the responsive layout will be made in upcoming releases.
Other than that we have fixed numerous bugs and made Cinny better overall.
