Support Legal Costs

At 8 locations in Belgium, fossil energy giants such as Engie and Luminus are planning to build new fossil gas fired power plants. Five of these plants have already been granted an environmental permit by the Flemish or Walloon regional government. Together with the law firm Equal Partners and with local inhabitants we are challenging these permits, respectively for the plants in Seraing, Les Awirs (Flémalle), Wondelgem (Gent) and Manage. Fighting fossil energy giants in court is an expensive affair, for which we need to raise several thousands of euros. Will you help us to get Engie, Luminus and others on their knees?
