Drupal NJ 2023 year-end summary:
1. What did you accomplish during 2023? How did you use money?

We also had three concurrent training sessions on March 16 plus a day of community contributions on March 18.

Training session topics were:
- Meet Drupal 10 (An Introduction to Drupal)
- Professional Drupal Module Development Tools
- Project Management for Today's Drupal Projects (1/2 day)
- Prepare for the next generation of Google Analytics (1/2 day)
The camp was our primary source of revenue and the primary thing we spent money on aside for some meetup.com fees.
We also ran monthly web development meetups. These have been online since the start of the pandemic.
2. What challenges did you face during 2023? What did your Collective learn? How did you change or grow?
Our biggest challenge was try to balance our finances for the camp. The training day has usually been a net positive financially, but this year we had a net loss on that day and the overall event. We had reserves from past years, but we can't sustain an ongoing loss.
We are also still trying to get used to the new timing. We needed to move the event to march in 2023 due to a change in the Princeton University academic calendar.
3. What are your plans for 2024? Anything exciting coming up?
DruplCamp NJ 2024 is planned for March 14-16, 2024 on the campus of Princeton University.
Planning meetings have begun.
