Dearest open collective admin members,

You are most welcome to the platform. We are looking forward to moving the work of Ikhwelo Healers Collective together through this open platform. Ikhwelo Healers Collective is all of us. 

We are currently struggling to create a payment and receipt method for contributors through this platform because it uses stripes and PayPal to link to our bank account. For stripe to work, we will need an offshore bank account where stripe works because it currently does not work in South Africa. We may be able to link our account to PayPal, we will have to check this with the bank. PayPal is apparetnly linked to the open collective platform, we just need to figure out how it works. Anyone who knos how this works, kindly guide us. 

We do have a payfast account as well that we opened, stripe as well. We just need to make sure that we have a linked facility to the bank account to enable international, regional and continental payments with ease. We can do EFTs at the moment with delayed clearance of about a week to a month, but possible. This is the option we are using at the moment.
