GENERATIVE LISTENING
Listening is a core skill for a leader with the quality and the aim of reconnection. In this module, you will practice and improve your listening skills, starting from listening to yourself from a place of compassion and self-empathy; you will transfer this ability to listen to others in a deep, attentive, non-judgemental way. The theoretical framework and inspiration for this module is Eugene Gendlin's method of focusing.
As Ann Weiser defined it, “Focusing is a body-oriented process of self-awareness and emotional healing”. You will experience Focusing on integrating social arts, such as poem writing and image theatre.
