We have just made another release with the full release notes at https://github.com/lidarr/Lidarr/releases/tag/v0.5.0.576.

This release heavily improves on matching during the import process, options to improve performance on artist refresh, and artist tagging along with a variety of smaller features and bug fixes. In addition to these changes, we are working on our next release with plans to support adding individual albums (and various artists), automatic release selection on import, and genre information.
