It may well be the case that you've had your donation refunded this month - please don't worry! We've had an ongoing issue with our fiscal host and in order to switch, the collective's balance has to be at zero. It's easier from an admin perspective to simply refund your kind donations this month but please don't think that means we don't appreciate them. We're open this issue is now sorted and that your donations will be processed normally as of next month. Sorry for any confusion and thanks once again for your ongoing kindness.

Thanks for the information. I've cancelled my direct debit for now, but post a message when everything is moving again & I'll set it back up. I think this is the easiest way to do it if we're switching currencies. Jira
