Hello contributors,

Since the last update, we've improved the testing situation for the NixOps core, by adding the first KVM-based test to run as a CI job https://github.com/NixOS/nixops/pull/1526
This tests and upcoming tests like it will contribute significantly to the maintainability of NixOps.

As KVM tests do not run on GitHub Actions, we use a build agent sponsored by Hercules CI. For the time being, the test only runs in CI for maintainer branches or when approved by a maintainer via bors try / bors r+.

I'd like to extend a special thanks to XLN Audio who recently joined, and are making significant contributions to the fund.

The coming two months are busy at Hercules CI, so unless another maintainer would like to join, the next fund update might take another while.
