OpenIAP is now ready for the broader IAP ecosystem

Thank you to everyone who supported react-native-iap and continues to make OpenIAP possible. We have refreshed this OpenCollective so it now reflects the broader OpenIAP mission: an open standard and SDK ecosystem for consistent in-app purchases across app stores and frameworks.
What changed:
- The collective now uses the OpenIAP name, profile copy, tags, and sponsor/backer tiers.
- Sponsor and backer recognition is aligned with GitHub Sponsors and linked from the OpenIAP README.
- Contribution and expense policies now describe how funds support maintenance, docs, examples, CI, compatibility testing, releases, and community support.
- We continue to recognize hyochan/react-native-iap as the community where OpenIAP began, while carrying that work into a broader ecosystem.
Your support helps fund the practical work behind the scenes: issue triage, platform updates, cross-framework compatibility, release stability, examples, and documentation.
Next up, we'll keep tightening docs, release workflows, and SDK consistency across the OpenIAP packages. Thank you for backing the maintenance work that keeps this ecosystem moving.
