Since the last update, I've scoped and charted the full road to InterBrain's public beta — and given it a home.
I've spent this stretch defining what a coherent, public-beta-ready InterBrain actually looks like — and choosing the most pragmatic path to get there: taking the InterBrain that already exists and works, and bringing it to a point where it's dependable and coherent enough to put into people's hands — installing and operating without friction as a cross-platform Obsidian plugin.
That focus is now a clear, well-scoped roadmap to public beta. It charts the most direct route to a usable product: everything the essential foundation needs, done well — hardening the collaboration infrastructure, unifying the architecture, and making the campfire mode truly reliable. And there's now a home for all of this: a new website for Project Liminality → https://project.liminality.space
For now it holds the roadmap — the path to public beta, laid out plainly. But it's built to grow: over time it will become the one unifying place where every aspect of Project Liminality lives and is organized. It starts with the roadmap.
