Stampers4Pampers Rain Date! Join us this Sunday, Sept 17!

Good morning from the Rain or Shine Diaper Fund team!
Last Sunday, we got to the park excited to set up for our first ever Stampers4Pampers fundraiser. It was drizzling a bit, but we were undeterred. We set up our tables, ready for adults and kids to come through and stamp fun designs onto their own clothes, or onto hats and totes that we brought. We were ready. We were stoked. And then, it started thundering and pouring sheets of water. The park was soaked to the core in a matter on moments, and it was clear that this was not going to be a fun day outdoors.
While no weather has ever stopped us from distributing diapers and wipes every Monday, when it comes to hosting a creative activity in the park, we'd rather wait for a sunny day. Join us for the rescheduled Stampers4Pampers event this Sunday, September 17th, 12pm - 5pm at McCarren Park! The forecast looks absolutely perfect. This Sunday, September 17th, we have a fun event planned at the McCarren Parkhouse in Brooklyn where you can get creative while supporting Rain or Shine Diaper Fund. We will have dozens of unique stamps and a collection of vibrant fabric inks that adults and kids can use to upcycle old clothes or create something new. Bring your own stuff to stamp, or grab a tote bag or bucket hat for an additional donation. We'll walk you through the process so you can design the DIY printed garment of your dreams! The event will take place from 12pm - 5pm in the covered outdoor area of the McCarren Parkhouse, 855 Lorimer Street, Brooklyn NY 11222. See you there!
