Note on fundraising goal:
We need sponsorship to keep rules_ts going. The 2.0.0 release is licensed with the Aspect Community License, allowing small companies, individuals/non-profits, and Aspect's customers to continue using it.
We'd prefer to restore the original Apache-2.0 license that rules_ts 1.x was released under, and will do so as soon as we've met the funding goal to provide a budget for maintenance and replying to issues and PRs.
