It's a maintenance release. It fixes the disconnect event on linux and unix based systems that broke in 9.0.0 and adds support for electron v9.

On a personal note. I haven't been able to give SerialPort as much attention lately due in part to the impact of Covid-19 on my family and instability of my government. I appreciate the patience.

To everyone who's contributied to SerialPort, with money, with code, with community support and most importantly their time, thank you. We couldn't do this without you.

In particular, thanks to NoahAndrews and dunkmann00 for their work towards this release.
