An exciting new partnership to support your causes with ImpactSOS!
Published on October 22, 2024 by The Social Change Nest

Hi all,

Hope you're doing well!

We wanted to let you know about an exciting new partnership. The Social Change Nest is working in partnership with ImpactSOS, a social value platform that connects companies and councils with local people, movements, charities, CICs, and schools. Companies use ImpactSOS to boost their chances of winning council and government contracts by demonstrating how they positively impact the local community where the contract is being delivered. This assists companies in creating their social value plans, and if your group aligns with their goals, the platform may recommend you as a partner. ImpactSOS supports businesses of all sizes, from small enterprises to large corporations- they in turn support community groups and projects. If a company expresses interest in funding your cause/ movement, there’s no obligation to accept- this is purely voluntary and we at SCN believe it will potentially broaden your group's fundraising pool.

Should you agree to opt in to the platform and are set up, you’ll first receive an email from ImpactSOS with details about any company that wants to partner with you, and their reason for supporting you in relation to the contract they're pursuing. Additionally, if you're open to it, the platform can enable a payment button on your profile for direct contributions to your Open Collective account.

We would like to ask for your consent to share the following with Impact SOS:
  • Group name
  • Description
  • Income & expenditure (will reflect your OC transactions)
  • Location - so we can figure out local authority
  • Group admin contact names
  • Registered email
  • Registered phone number
  • Website (if any)
  • Open Collective link

We will only share these details with your consent, if you would like to opt in to this partner platform please do so by filling this consent form.

Many thanks,
The Social Change Nest
