hi there i recently put in a request and no body got back too me, this months i’m really tight for money as i’ve had some big expenses to pay for, my washing machine broke, so i had to pay to get a second hand one from facebook marketplace, i have no method of transport as i don’t have travel money a cardiff bus ticket for an adult is now 60, i don’t have food in my cuppired apart from a packet of pasta and a jar of sauce thats been there about 3 months, i have no toiletries ive been having to walk over from my flat to my friends flat in whichurch as i have no way of transport to use their shower as i have no hot water - they said last time about reverifying accounts my instagram handle is Morgan0.1_

We accept claims for the cost of medications, food, transport to appointments, counselling and anything related to your transition. We also support trans, nonbinary, and intersex (TIN) folk with bills and living expenses. We do not currently accept claims for money for pet expenses.

How are expenses approved?
Collective admins are notified when an expense is submitted, and they can approve or reject it.
Is my private data made public?
No. Only the expense amount and description are public. Attachments, payment info, emails and addresses are only visible to you and the admins.
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed by the Collective's Fiscal Host, the organization that hold funds on their behalf. Many Fiscal Hosts pay expenses weekly, but each one is different.
Why do you need my legal name?
The display name is public and the legal name is private, appearing on receipts, invoices, and other official documentation used for tax and accounting purposes.
