October recap, ways to get involved locally, and...a hotline!
(Nov 5, 2020)
Good evening neighbors!
We hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable October!

Thank you to everyone who helped out this month. We helped move 1152 food boxes weekly, plus distributed ready-made meals & hand sanitizer to local house-less neighbors.
Shout out to our houseless resident outreach volunteers, wellness-check callers, delivery drivers and warehouse movers!
- Bri, Richard D., Jeff U., Jen B., Alllie, Connor, Liz, Rachel, Elba, Natasha R., Maira, Bob, Jason, Kayla and Bradie
And a special shout out to Ana T. for her amazing work speaking with families, doing wellness calls, and following up with their aid requests over this past summer and early fall. Thank you Ana! :)

Have questions about coronavirus?

Lastly, please also keep your eyes peeled for our November "Town Hall" meeting - doodle and zoom info to follow.
Let us know if you can help in any of the ways above, or have other skills to volunteer with. We so appreciate all the work that has gone into our grassroots organization already.
