Resilience Academy Resilience Circle

The Resilience Academy is launching the online course "Moving from Eco-Anxiety to Resilience" to support activists, regens, environmentalists, Earth stewards, active citizens (and anyone concerned about the future of the planet) in building coping skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience in the face of ecological breakdown. This Resilience Circle is an additional level of support for those taking the course, and it will also be available to anyone interested in building resilience together.

We will continue working with Pale Blue’s Cards for Life, to explore how to bring living systems thinking into our work as Earth stewards, activists, and regens and explore how we can apply these important nature concepts into our everyday lives to build resilience and inner strength for these VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) times.
