About
A project to hold funds very graciously awarded by Cambridgeshire Area Quaker Meeting. The funds were awarded for the following purposes:
- Meet the ongoing costs of operations, particularly food, containers, and other consumables;
- Maintain the nutritional value of the meals we produce;
- Be able to make targeted fundraising efforts asking the community and/or other institutional funders for donations for one-off expenditure (e.g. kitchen equipment)from time to time;
- Begin to build up reserves so that they would be able to meet unexpected costs, e.g. arranging another venue at short notice if for any reason their venue was not available
Claims can therefore be made from this project for the following:
- food
- packaging (especially pots)
- any unexpected cost (please raise in admin chat first)
The funds are being held in a project to make it easier to write a report on the money's impact at the end of the 2024-5 financial year.
If you are not Cambridgeshire Area Quakers, please do not donate to this project; any donations made to this project will be moved to our main budget.
