About
Casa Finca Wellness brings wellness, joy, and art expressive experiences to the Hudson Valley and New York City. We are dedicated to remembering the importance of tending to our body, heart, mind, and spirit’s ecology by connecting with nature and its intelligence. We embrace rest, sharing, tending and learning from nature, wellness, the arts, and relationship as a radical act. Our goal is to slow down and provide experiences where we all feel held, supported, healthy, rested, and inspired. We will focus our energy on supporting black, indigenous, brown, immigrant, LGBTQ communities, farmers, organizers, wellness practitioners, and leaders.
Through retreats, workshops, movement offerings, mutual aid herbal medicine/body work, dance, ritual, and music as a healing modality, we are dismantling the separation between social justice, environmental justice, and self care. We believe that the more we thrive in our bodies, minds, and spirits, the more we are able to thrive with our communities. The more we make healing and arts accessible to all, the more we live in joy, our true paths and essential creativity.
