Cobudget

Cobudget helps you bring people, ideas and money together, encouraging participation at every stage. 

It is an open source tool and a practice that enables all members of an organization or group to get involved in decision-making by proposing projects and allocating funds to the proposals they like.

Cobudget’s origins go back to 2014, when it grew from the collaborative funding practices of various self-organized communities (the Enspiral Network from Aotearoa New Zealand, and The Borderland community from Scandinavia ). In 2021, two of these organizations joined forces and created today’s Cobudget Association.
