Current estimations of costs are as below.
The requested funding of €2,116.32 will support the participation of eight students in the ESCHA Conference in Heidelberg and covers the following costs:
- Food: €10 per person × 8 participants = €80.00
- Flights (Dublin to Frankfurt return, Aer Lingus):
- Travel dates: 24th to 27th
- €185.64 per person × 8 participants = €1,485.12
- Aircoach: Dublin City to Dublin Airport
- 3 Young Persons Return tickets at €7 each = €21.00
- Aircoach: Belfast to Dublin Airport
- 2 Young Persons Return tickets at €18.70 each = €37.40
- Aircoach: Cork to Dublin Airport
- 3 Student Leap Card Return tickets at €19.00 each = €57.00
- Frankfurt Airport to Heidelberg (FlixBus return):
- €19.97 per person × 8 participants = €159.76
- Total project cost: €1,840.28
- Contingency (15%) to cover the 10% Open Source Europe management fee and unforeseen expenses: €276.04
