About
The Dill Pickle has had a successful turnaround through the summer of 2023! Thanks to your support, we've raised sales over 11%, beating our initial goal of a 10% increase. Our next, and very important goal, is to hit breakeven (the sales level that allows us to be fiscally sustainable). That level is $130,000 a week.
To help achieve that goal, we need to make some key investments in the store that include:
- - Refresh the look and feel of the café
- - Reconfigure the wine section that will include removing the former salad bar (where we’ll shift the wine) and adding additional frozen cases to offer more selection
- - Add new produce fixtures to better highlight our fresh, local selection
- - Replace a compressor serving our frozen aisle that has been going down more frequently
Thank you for helping us reach our goal and for ensuring that the Dill Pickle can continue to be source for local food in Logan Square
