Charts Ecosystem for Drupal

I've been working on the Charts module for Drupal since 2016. It's been a great journey. There were occasions where I could make rapid progress because my day job sponsored certain features of the module, but much of the work has been a part of my own education and provided as a way to give back to Drupal.

Charts fills an important niche: it provides a way to configure (or code) charts without having to leave Drupal, and without having to start with a customized Drupal distribution. It's also an ecosystem module, meaning that many other modules can support and enhance the Charts module, such as Views Database Connector or Views Cumulative Field.

It has become clear to me, however, that for Charts to be an option that continues to make sense for users, it needs to continue rapidly evolving. If it doesn't, users will choose a different option: more than likely an option that isn't open source. So Charts needs to work faster, better, more intuitively, more consistently, and it needs additional features. A little support here will go a long way in terms of opening up my availability to work on the module (and its ecosystem modules) and for me to bring in other contributors.
