About
Erik-Jan Altink is the founder of Create The New World and leads its technical development. Born and raised in the Netherlands, he trained in analytical chemistry at ROC Aventus and Saxion.
The idea for the network came from years of travelling across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Everywhere he went he met people working on the same problems, with the same questions, unaware that others nearby had already found answers. In 2019 that observation found its name: Create The New World.
Since then he has worked on it full time, building the platform that turns the idea into something people can actually use.
