The Decade of the ExO

We are living in the most amazing time in history. 2020 may be a year that many people want to forget but it is a year that has shown us that we can create the Star Trek future and steer away from Mad Max. We believe that the next decade is going to be unlike any before. With Exponential Technologies, Abundance Thinking and the ExO Attributes we are going to see a world in which every organization is an Exponential Organization. When we say every organization we mean small, medium and large businesses; non-profits and governments. Exponential Organizations are purpose-driven, scalable, agile organizations that create tremendous value in the world and make a massive impact. 

We currently have a community of around 7 000 people from 130 countries. In order for us to make a massive impact, we need to take action. The first action we are taking is declaring the decade as the Decade of the ExO. By 2030 we believe that every organization will need to be an Exponential Organization.

Join us on December 17 as we celebrate this across the globe. Salim Ismail will be sharing across the day what our vision is for the decade ahead and how you can participate. We will be running sessions for the Update of Exponential Organizations, the book and will have the opportunity to vote for community-driven initiatives.

At OpenExO our aim as a public benefit organization is to give our community the tools and resources that they need to Transform the World for a Better Future!
