Leonoor

Leonoor is an architecture graduate from Brussels. She is a longtime vegetarian and lifetime vegan, passionate about everything ecological, social and venturous. In a never-ending attempt to walk this world gently, being vegan was a logical decision in caring for this planet. It so turns out that the most healthy diet is also the most ecological, and also the kindest. After seeing that many restaurants needed help in creating delicious healthy plant-based cuisine, she launched Veganizer BXL and got organised for what she likes to call, 'veganized crime'.
