From Degen to Regen resonates with me...I am also a bridge builder between the existing system and the new that clearly wants to emerge. I work at the intersection of personal transformation, leadership, organisation design, psychedelics, breathwork and web3.
Being an early adopter by nature, I am am one of the first certified Psychedelic Integration Coaches. My related passion project is the Psychedelic Map For Change.
I am a co-birther of INNER1ST (Inner First or Innerist) and we aim to provide services, tools and community for inner growth in web3. I truly believe that inner work is the bedrock for regeneration and for "crypto" to solve global coordination problems.
I am a bit neuro-diverse and live in the UK for 20 years, currently at the edge of a forest in the lush Surrey Hills. My dream is to live in a bionics-inspired house within a conscious community in the mountains with a lake or by the sea...I am a passionate swimmer, cliff diver and cold water bather:-)
