Hi all,

This is a reminder that we are reviewing all hosted projects (over 3,800). We plan to conduct this review annually and hope it helps us streamline our operations and proactively support our collectives.

We will contact hosted projects that are inactive or no longer meet our eligibility requirements (https://docs.oscollective.org/getting-started/acceptance-criteria). If you receive our email, it will explain why your collective was flagged in our review. The email will also suggest actions you can take to update your collective and an email to reach us directly with any questions.
 
Additionally, we will reach out to collectives holding a balance but not spending the funds to see how we can offer additional help. We want to ensure our hosted projects can easily raise and spend funds to support their open source projects, contributors, dependencies, and supporters. 

Our mission is to promote sustainability and health in the open source ecosystem, and we are excited to connect with you during this review to see how we can further this goal.
