Stefany Alva is a communications professional and ontological coach (Newfield Network), with a degree in Communication Sciences and certification as an agile coach (ICAgile). She has over 14 years of experience in organisational culture, internal communication and change management.
She led culture, workplace climate, internal communication and social responsibility at OSIPTEL, Peru’s telecommunications regulator, and has facilitated programmes for the public sector, including Programa JUNTOS, the Ministry of Education and the MIMP.
She created Cuidando al Cuidador and SANARTE, a wellbeing programme strengthening the mental health of public health workers in Peru. Built around arts clubs led by volunteer artists, its first stage reached over 100 health professionals, 95% of whom reported feeling calmer, and it received an institutional award from INSNSB San Borja.
