Growing connectedness, connectivity and connectorship - with purpose

About

The Connectorship Project is an active enquiry into the tools, processes and experiences that enhance and develop more connected systems of change.

What's possible because we are connected?  Biologist Merlin Sheldrake calls the relationship between organisms ‘the most basic principle of ecology’.  The Connectorship Project takes this as a starting point - that cultivating and nurturing relationships between the parts of our change-making systems is as important as the parts themselves. Read more about it here.

The Project has three primary mission areas:
  • to further thinking and language around the concept of connectorship
  • to develop processes and gather evidence illustrating the value of connectorship in making change
  • to tangibly grow connectedness and connectivity amongst those committed to a better future - in Aotearoa NZ and beyond.
Regular support for the mahi is welcome - see below.  And if you'd like to explore options for assessing or developing connectedness and connectivity for your organisation - or be involved somehow - do get in touch.
