The Seacole Group is a national network of Black, Asian, and other Ethnic Non-Executive Directors in the NHS. We have one purpose: To strengthen BAE NED representation and voice on NHS Boards. 

We have several objectives including:  
  • Strengthen the BAE pipeline for NED and Chair roles in the NHS through supporting potential applicants 
  • To improve the effectiveness of BAE NEDs. 
  • To act as an Advisory Group offering expertise and solutions on how to reduce health inequalities that adversely impact the BAE community and workforce
