About
Hi! I'm Wendy Conrad, Work Culture Strategist and founder of Your Happy Workplace, a business I started in 2019 to support small businesses and organizations to create work culture on purpose.
I became a certified Chief Happiness Officer in 2020 and certified in Mental Health First Aid in 2021.
I like to write, speak, learn, and teach about all things related to work culture, like wellness at work, connecting to purpose, and psychological safety.
I have conversations with experts online about all things work culture.
I give talks and teach workshops geared towards leadership teams (chambers, municipalities, hr groups, and other organizations) and humans in general on topics like creating healthier work cultures of one, the power of purpose in the workplace, and decreasing/managing stress in our work environments.
I know that the work of improving company culture is intertwined with the liberation of marginalized and historically excluded people.
I truly believe that improving our work cultures can change the world.

Personally: I’m a dog mom to Camille, our 16 year old rescue. (Elsie RIP 2021, Sasha RIP 2004)
If my marriage were a person, she’d be old enough to vote. I like to bake, cross stitch, and play indoor badminton.
I’m a Florida native. I’m introverted. I make mistakes. I make funny reels. I struggle with my own self care.
I’m a little GIF-famous.
Virtual tea times are my jam.
Looking forward to connecting with everyone!
